MONTREAL, April 10, 2026--Lomiko Metals Inc. (TSX.V: LMR) ("Lomiko" or the "Company") today announced the departure of Robert Boisjoli as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective April 10, 2026. To ensure continuity, Belinda Labatte, Executive Chair of the Board of Directors, has been appointed interim CFO while the Company conducts a search for a permanent replacement.
