Every gold PEA, PFS & FS since 2018, in one clean file
After-tax NPV, IRR, capex, AISC and grades for gold projects worldwide, each figure pulled from the company's own technical report, linked back to the source page, and normalized to USD so projects are actually comparable. Delivered as a CSV you own.

Facts anyone can crawl. This is what they can't.
Every number traces to its filing
Each row carries the source document URL and a short verbatim quote. Open the PDF, search the quote, check the figure yourself. No black box.
Normalized to USD, one basis
As-stated values sit next to USD figures converted at each study's own month-end FX rate, with the discount rate tagged, so a Canadian PEA and an Australian FS line up in the same column.
A bounded universe, not a scrape
Gold economic studies (PEA/PFS/FS) from 2018 on: a finite, checkable set we work toward completing, rather than whatever a crawler happened to catch.
How the economics evolved
Every filing is banked immutably, so you can watch a deposit move Resource → PEA → PFS → FS and see NPV, capex and grade change. Incumbents overwrite; we keep the series.
The live dataset, 8 rows unlocked
Served straight from the database, ranked by after-tax NPV: this is the file itself, not a mock-up. Click any unlocked row to open its complete record, down to the verbatim quote and the filing every number came from. The blurred rows, and the 102 below them, are what you unlock.

Method, and the honest caveats
Every figure is extracted from a company's own technical report or disclosure (NI 43-101, JORC or S-K 1300), then put through rule-based validation that flags anything physically impossible or internally inconsistent (a post-tax NPV above pre-tax, a payback longer than the mine life, an IRR that only holds at a spot price). Only rows that pass are sold.
Values are as stated in the filing, with USD conversions alongside at each study's own month-end FX rate. NPVs are comparable only at a like discount rate, so the discount rate travels with every number. Nothing is recomputed or invented; where a filing doesn't state a figure, the cell is blank rather than guessed.
This is research data drawn from public filings, not investment advice. Open the linked source and verify any number before you act on it. We keep source quotes short and never republish filings wholesale; facts aren't copyrightable, and we treat them that way.
Before you buy
- What exactly do I get?
- A single CSV file plus a companion data dictionary. One row per gold project that has a completed economic study (PEA, PFS or FS) stating an NPV, an IRR and an initial capital cost, and that passed automated sanity validation. Every row links to the source filing.
- Snapshot vs. lifetime: what's the difference?
- The $99 snapshot is a one-time download of the dataset as it stands today. The $149 lifetime purchase gives you the same file plus every future refresh: the same download link stays live and always serves the current data as coverage grows and new studies are filed.
- How current and accurate is it?
- Figures are extracted from companies' own technical reports and disclosures (NI 43-101, JORC, S-K 1300) and refreshed on a daily pipeline. Values are as-stated in each filing, with USD conversions alongside. Every number is source-linked so you can verify it. It is research data, not investment advice; always confirm against the original document.
- Can I chat with the data instead of downloading it?
- Yes. A free MCP server at https://www.mining-stocks.com/api/mcp/ connects the dataset to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients: screen projects, pull full records with source links, and trace how a deposit's economics evolved across studies. It serves screener-level fields with rate limits; the full file is the paid download.
- Can I get other commodities, or an API?
- Gold is the first complete cut. Copper, silver, lithium, uranium and a queryable REST API are on the roadmap, and the free MCP server already answers ad-hoc questions today. If you need more now, email us: early data partners shape what ships next.
