Group Eleven Resources Corp. (TSXV: ZNG); (OTCQB: GRLVF); (FRA: 3GE) ("Group Eleven" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with ATB Cormark Capital Markets, as lead underwriter, on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters (collectively, the "Underwriters") in connection with a "bought deal" private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of C$9 million (the "Offering").
