Global Atomic Corporation ("Global Atomic" or the "Company") (TSX: GLO) (OTCQX: GLATF) (FRANKFURT: G12) announced today the closing of its previously announced "bought deal" public offering (the "Brokered Offering") for gross proceeds of approximately C$28,750,000, which includes the exercise in full of the over-allotment option. Pursuant to the Brokered Offering, the Company sold 32,670,454 units of the Company (each, a "Brokered Unit") at a price of C$0.88 per Unit (the "Offering Price").
