(the "Company") (TSXV: GTC) is pleased to announce that it has closed the Company's non-brokered private placement, which was announced on May 14, 2025 and updated June 9, 2025, by issuing 12,000,000 flow-through units at $0.05 per unit for proceeds of $600,000 (the "FT Units") and 2,500,000 non flow-through units at $0.04 per unit for proceeds of $100,000 (the "NFT Units")
