ETRUSCUS CLOSES $817,250 IN FIRST TRANCHE OF FINANCING
Etruscus Resources Corp. (CSE: ETR) (OTC: ETRUF) (FSE: ERR) (the "Company" or "Etruscus") announces the Company has closed the first tranche (the "First Tranche") of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the "Financing") of up to $1,250,000 (see News Release dated February 25, 2025). The First Tranche has resulted in the issuance of 4,783,333 flow-through units for gross proceeds of $574,000 and 2,432,500 non-flow-through units for gross proceeds of $243,250, for a grand total
