Century Lithium Corp. (TSX-V:LCE, OTCQX:CYDVF) has announced a series of management appointments as the company advances its Angel Island lithium project in Nevada through permitting and pre-construction development.
The company said the appointments are intended to strengthen its technical, environmental, and operational capabilities as it moves the wholly owned project toward the next stages of development.
Todd Fayram has been appointed chief technology officer, the company announced. A metallurgical engineer with more than four decades of experience, Fayram has been involved in the development of Century Lithium’s chloride leaching process and related engineering programs. In his new role, he will oversee metallurgy, process development, engineering, and the advancement of the company’s patent-pending extraction flowsheet.
Daniel Kalmbach has been named vice president of exploration and resource development. A geologist with 26 years of industry experience, Kalmbach has led mineral resource development and permitting activities for the Angel Island project since 2017. He will continue to oversee exploration, resource modeling, and drilling programs.
Teresa Conner has been appointed director of permitting and environmental affairs. Conner brings 45 years of experience across the mining and oil and gas sectors and has led Century Lithium’s permitting strategy since 2021. Her responsibilities will include regulatory coordination, environmental planning, and compliance.
Adam Knight has been named general manager. A mining engineer with 31 years of experience, Knight has managed project operations and field programs for Angel Island since 2020. He will be responsible for implementing the project’s development plan, including engineering, procurement, construction coordination, and contractor management.
Richard Alberthal has been appointed manager of technical services. With over 30 years of experience in mechanical and process disciplines, Alberthal has worked on the company’s pilot and demonstration plants since 2020. He will oversee technical services, including commissioning readiness, operator training, and process integration.
