TomaGold Announces Proposed Private Placement
MONTREAL, December 30, 2025--TOMAGOLD CORPORATION (TSXV: LOT; OTCPK: TOGOF) ("TomaGold" or the "Company") announces that, subject to filings with and approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"), it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to $250,000 (the "Offering"). The Offering will consist of up to 3,846,154 common shares of the Company issued on a "flow-through" basis ("FT Shares") at a price of $0.065 per FT Share.
