MONTREAL, December 17, 2025--TOMAGOLD CORPORATION (TSXV: LOT; OTCPK: TOGOF) ("TomaGold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the closing of the second and final tranche (the "Final Tranche") of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") for total proceeds of $1,007,000. Combined with the proceeds from the first tranche of the Private Placement, which closed on November 21, 2025, the total aggregate proceeds amount to $2,112,000.
