Accordingly, and coupled with our view that our share price does not reflect the full value of our portfolio, we are pleased to announce that our board has approved a share buyback of up to $300,000,000. If you remember, share buybacks have been a key component of our capital allocation framework in the past, and we are pleased to reestablish a program again.
