PAN GLOBAL GRANTS INCENTIVE AWARDS

("Pan Global" or the "Company") (TSXV: PGZ) (OTCQB: PGZFF) (FRA: 2EU) announces that the Company's Board of Directors has approved the grant of a total of 1,015,150 Restricted Share Units (RSUs) to three executive officers at a deemed price per RSU of $0.165 as short-term incentive compensation. The RSUs have been issued under the Company's shareholder-approved Omnibus Equity Incentive Compensation Plan (the "Plan").
