Minsud Announces Private Placement
Minsud Resources Corp. (TSXV: MSR) ("Minsud" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it intends to complete, subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSX-V"), a non-brokered private placement of up to 2,000,000 common shares of the Company ("Common Shares"), at a price of $0.50 per Common Share, for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000 (the "Private Placement").
