Global Atomic Corporation ("Global Atomic" or the "Company") (TSX: GLO) (OTCQX: GLATF) (FRANKFURT: G12) is pleased to announce the closing of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") for gross proceeds of C$24,839,160 from the sale of 31,048,950 units of the Company (each, a "Unit") at a price of C$0.80 per Unit. Red Cloud Securities Inc. and Canaccord Genuity Corp. (collectively, the "Finders") acted as finders in connection with the Offering.
