("Copper Giant" or the "Company") (TSXV: CGNT) (OTCQB: LBCMF) (FRA: 29H0) announces a non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $10 million with a lead order from Frank Giustra for $2,000,000. The Offering will consist of 25,000,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.40 per Unit. Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company (a "Share") and one half of one warrant of the Company (each full warrant a "Warrant")
