Blue Sky Uranium Corp. (TSXV: BSK) (FSE: MAL2) (OTC: BKUCF), ("Blue Sky" or the "Company") announces that it has closed final tranche of the private placement through the issuance of 1,851,000 units of the Company (each, a "Unit") at a price of $0.06 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $111,060 (the "Offering"). In total, the Company has issued 29,212,633 Units for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,752,758.
