Blue Sky Uranium Announces Brokered LIFE Private Placement for Gross Proceeds of up to C$3.0 Million
Blue Sky Uranium Corp. (TSXV: BSK) (FSE: MAL2), ("Blue Sky" or the "Company") announces that it has entered into an agreement with Red Cloud Securities Inc. ("Red Cloud") to act as agent and sole bookrunner in connection with a "best efforts" private placement (the "Marketed Offering") for the sale of up to 60,000,000 units of the Company (the "Units") at a price of C$0.05 per Unit (the "Offering Price") for aggregate gross proceeds of up to C$3,000,000.
