("Blue Moon" or the "Company") (TSXV: MOON) (NASDAQ: BMM) is pleased to announce that Leonhard Nilsen & Sønner AS ("LNS"), the Company's mining contractor at the Nussir copper-gold-silver project in Norway, has subscribed to 168,514 common shares in the Company, at a share price of $7.208 (the "Financing").
