(CSE: ARGL) (OTCQB: ARLYF) (FSE: ME0) ("Argyle" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement ("Private Placement") for gross proceeds of up to $500,000, consisting of up to 3,333,333 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.15 per Unit, with each Unit consisting of one "flow-through" common share (a "Common Share") and one-half of one Common Share purchase warrant.
